The Foundation Team – Meet Tamar Aviv

Tamar Aviv is the beating heart of the musical activities at the "Voice is Everything" Foundation.
 A graduate in choral conducting and vocal development, Tamar has been leading the music program at the Tirat Carmel Conservatory since 2015, where she conducts five active choirs.

🎶 Tamar’s Musical Leadership:

  • Guides students in achieving excellence in classical singing at a 5-unit matriculation level.
  • Organizes professional singing workshops.
  • Collaborates with the local School of the Arts.Under her direction, ensembles have participated in international competitions and festivals, earning first-place awards.

These accomplishments bring pride and heartfelt representation to Tirat Carmel and Israel on global stages.
Beyond music, Tamar serves as a member of the Tirat Carmel City Council, holding the following roles:

  • Head of the Culture Portfolio
  • Head of the Absorption and Immigration Portfolio
  • Chairperson of the Culture Committee
  • Chairperson of the Absorption and Immigration Committee
  • Board Member of the Community Center
  • Initiates and promotes projects for children, youth, and the community through culture, music, and empowerment.
